How do I rent a bicycle? 
Once you made a reservation, we will bring the bicycle to you at your address. Also, don't forget to give us a form of identification card or deposit.

What is the cost for returning a bike late? 
If you late more 10 minute, you will pay more 88.000 VND

What are the store hours? 
We are open everyday from 9am to 5 pm.

Do you accept credit cards? 
No. We only accept cash.

Are the bikes are insured? 
All customers ride at their own risk. We are not responsible for any personal injury. Also, all customers are fully responsible for the bicycle.

Can I rent a bicycle more than one day? 
Yes you can, leave us a comment when you reserve online or let us know by calling or sms us at 0912733322.

What accessories are provided? 
We provide helmets, baskets, locks, maps of city for no extra charge.

Can the weather affect my bike rental plans? 
We provide next-day bike rentals whether it rains.
